Customer taps the kiosk, selects their service, and receives a numbered ticket. Optional name/phone entry. Receipt auto-prints if configured.

Appears on Display

The token instantly appears on the large display board in the waiting area. Estimated wait time is shown based on average service duration.

Staff Calls Next

Counter staff click "Call Next" to call the customer. The display updates and announces the token number via voice automatically.

Service Completed

Staff mark the token as Served. Analytics update instantly. The counter is immediately ready for the next customer in the queue.
