The customer walks up to the kiosk, selects their required service, optionally enters their name and phone, and receives a numbered ticket. Receipt auto-prints if a thermal printer is connected.

The token instantly appears on the branch display screen visible to all waiting customers. Estimated wait time updates in real time as the queue moves.

Staff Calls the Customer

Counter staff press "Call Next" on their station. The display immediately highlights the token and announces the counter number via voice — no manual PA system needed.
